strength has a handle on all facets of the business. They could single-handedly operate the business because of their working knowledge of all the parts. They set goals, take action and can handle a lot of tasks simultaneously.

intuitively knows the risks worth taking. It is second nature to them to gather the information to make a calculated decision that will be rational and successful. They are comfortable with uncertainty and energized by it. They are willing to take the risks that are worth taking because they have weighed the options.
Disruptor
thinks creatively. Ideas come easily for solving issues and clearing the way for the business to grow. Their ideas often disrupt markets which pave the way for new ways to find people willing to pay for the service and products of the business. They are always future focused, challenging the company to move forward efficiently and effectively.
Knowledge
values information and is always learning about the business so that it can grow. Details and statistics energize the person with this strength. They are readily able to contribute data and they are the resource or know the resources needed when making important decisions.
Relationship
strengths are socially connected and aware of who is needed to grow the business through their diverse networks. They are very talented at attracting the right people to the cause and able to maintain vital partnerships. Relationship strengths are often the glue that help teams stick together and work in one accord toward their goals.
Confidence
strengths are just that. People with confidence are self-assured and their personal confidence translates into confidence in the business objectives. They know themselves well and together with their confidence in the business others will respond in-kind.
Profitability
is a vital strength in a business endeavor. Entrepreneurs with this strength have sharp business instincts and a keen understanding of the finances. They can interpret the data and can set clear realistic goals that stretch and challenge. Numbers tell a story for the person with this strength.
Selling
strength gives entrepreneurs the ability to be persuasive, and communicate clearly as representatives for the business. Others will be drawn into the mission of the business through the core team leaders with the selling strength.
